Manager Clinic Practice Operations - Specialty Services

This position supports specialty services, including General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Urology, Endocrinology, and Nephrology, and oversees clinic operations, providing operational and technical direction.

Requirements

• Oversees and ensures efficient clinic operations
• Monitors the functioning of the clinic(s), resolves problems, and revises operations as needed
• Develops, implements, and oversees processes to ensure that established policies, goals, and objectives are achieved
• Participates in community activities and in the development, implementation, and evaluation of business and market growth plans
• Develops and administers policies and procedures to accomplish department-specific and organizational initiatives
