Job Description
Medical Assistant I Women Services prepares and rooms patients for exams, monitors and completes Clinical Integration/ Quality Improvement measures, performs laboratory procedures, and assists physicians with procedures.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
- Current Medical Assistant certification from one of the following: CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA, RMA, NCMSMA, NRCMA, or NRMA
- High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting preferred, and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program
