Medical Social Worker position at Carolinas Medical Center, responsible for psychosocial assessments, patient education, and referrals to community resources. Requirements

• Masters in Social Work required
• LCSW preferred
• applicable state Certification preferred
• 1 year professional experience in hospital or health related setting preferred
• Expertise with Data Management Tools
