Occupational Therapist- Outpatient

The Occupational Therapist- Outpatient is responsible for interpreting physician referrals, evaluating patient physical, perceptual, cognitive, social, and vocational abilities, and implementing individualized treatment plans. They will also provide assistive devices and/or splints, monitor patient outcomes, and communicate with physicians and other teammates.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State upon which you work
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
• previous Outpatient experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Demonstrated organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
