Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for greeting patients, registering them, and responding to routine requests for information. They also schedule appointments, coordinate cancellations and reschedules, and provide accurate and detailed information regarding test preparations and patient directions.

Requirements

• High School Graduate
• No experience required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate computer skills including experience in using personal computers
• Training or experience in keyboarding/data entry
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
