Requirements
- Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials International (APCO) Public Safety Telecommunicator 1 certification within 12 months of employment
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year responding to alarms, monitoring hardware and/or software, and emergency response protocols and processes
