Registered Nurse - Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Admission Discharge Transition Unit PT Days

Registered Nurse position available at Carolinas Medical Center Admission Discharge Transition Unit. The nurse will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. A dynamic Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit that emphasizes comprehensive assessment, stabilization, and transition planning to ensure safe and efficient patient movement across the continuum of care.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 6 months RN experience
