Job Description
Join our 18-bed Med/Surg 3 unit where you will care for a vast variety of medical and post-operative patients with an emphasis on medical care. Medical care includes, but is not limited to, the care of the cardiac, stroke, renal, oncological, gastroenteric, and urological patient. Medical care may also include management of acute/chronic issues.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Provide Card/Certificate required within 6 months of hire
