Resource Registered Nurse - ICU - Nights

The Resource Registered Nurse position requires floating to various facilities in one of three zones, with responsibilities including patient care, quality initiatives, and team collaboration. The nurse will engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety
• Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed
