Compliance Data Analyst

Adyen is a financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We're looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to join our Compliance Data team, which sits at the intersection of regulatory excellence and data innovation. As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will automate compliance processes, bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and data points, build data literacy, monitor risk, own data integrity, and drive strategy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark, specifically within Big Data using Spark, Airflow, and Git
• Collaboration with non-technical teams and translation of business requirements into technical plans
• Detail-oriented and able to pinpoint inaccuracies and analyze behavior within large datasets
• Automation-First mindset and ability to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Background in Compliance, Finance, Risk, or similar industries and teams
• Understanding of the importance and inner working of working within a highly regulated banking environment
