Requirements

• Responsibility for ramping and growing customers with a focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn.
• Drive commercial discussions for your accounts, while striving to meet strategic and financial targets.
• Prioritize and manage short and long term projects with varying timelines across multiple accounts, leveraging internal support teams where relevant.
• Serve as a feedback loop for your customers internally.
