HR Business Partner

Adyen is looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Business Partner to support our growing New York office, acting as a trusted advisor across the entire employee lifecycle and bridging the gap between global HR initiatives and local execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or high-growth environment
• Ability to build relationships across all levels and departments
• Proven ability to coach first-time managers and Team Leads through the complexities of leading people
• Comfortable jumping from a high-level talent discussion to a practical day-to-day HR task

Benefits

• Annual base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000
