As Senior Legal Counsel - Employment Law in Amsterdam, you'll shape and execute Adyen's global employment law strategy, providing critical legal advice and partnering across the organization to ensure compliance, scalability, and a high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate legal experience
• Specialized in Dutch labour law with experience advising on multiple international jurisdictions
• Experience advising senior leadership and Board-level stakeholders on strategic employment law matters
• Experience engaging with Dutch Works Councils
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high volume, fast-paced environment
