Staff Engineer - Lending

Adyen is seeking a Staff Engineer to join the Financial Products team in building innovative financial offerings to expand beyond traditional payments. The role involves leading cross-team projects to build the foundational system that underpins Adyen's credit and lending capabilities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing lending or credit products
• 7+ years of hands-on development experience in a modern engineering environment
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and leading an engineering strategy
• Building a credit engine or core components of a lending platform, including underwriting, credit scoring, credit decisioning, and servicing
