B2B Marketing Executive (Maternity Cover) - approx. 12 months to May 2027

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to run the B2B marketing function across the US, UK, and France during a period of maternity leave. The role involves executing the B2B marketing strategy globally, leading generation and pipeline, performance marketing, content and creative, CRM and data. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads, and experience working in a sales-led company with a good understanding of lead generation tactics and the B2B funnel.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a B2B marketing role
• Proficient in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
• Experience working in a sales-led company with a good understanding of lead generation tactics and the B2B funnel
• Comfortable working in HubSpot (or a similar CRM)
• Able to analyse campaign and CRM data and turn it into clear, actionable insight
• Solid working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and data management
• Confident using Canva to produce ad creative from templates
• Strong copywriting skills
