We are looking for a Senior Student Counsellor to assist and help students with the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing for studying abroad in various countries. The role involves handling student queries, providing comprehensive consultancy, and ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in the International Education Industry
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated team player
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms
