Student Consultant - UK (AECC - Sri Lanka)

We are looking for a Student Consultant to counsel enquiries from international students, selling our services over the phone, by email, and in person. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK higher education system and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Closely monitor and consistently follow up with students by maintaining a good relationship with them
• Ensure accurate information is given to students
• Maintain accurate details of each student and ensure that their information is kept up to date
• Successfully accomplish the targeted number of applicants each time or going above and beyond set expectations
• Able to handle conflicting and tough situations in a composed manner
• Other related tasks as required by the business
