As a Commissioning Agent in the Houston office, you will help empower clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and create a better, greener future. You will resolve commissioning challenges and complete tasks assigned, including developing and implementing commissioning process delivery plans.
Requirements
- Technical or Associate Degree in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or architectural design; or construction engineering from an accredited technical institution or college; or commensurate design or construction experience.
- General understanding of building systems across disciplines including fire protection, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing/piping.
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret codes, guidelines and standards related to commissioning, design and construction.
- Experience in computer operation and ability to learn Cx Alloy, Excel, and bluebeam for the purpose accessing and interpreting design requirements.
- Valid driver’s license and state required vehicle insurance.
