Director Level Dams Engineer

AECOM is seeking a Director Level Dams Engineer to lead complex dam projects, mentor engineers, and develop sustainable water solutions. The role involves leading design teams, creating lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering above expected outcomes and a strong technical capability within the dam industry.
• Passion for mentoring and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and the local industry.
