Electrical Engineering Lead

AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Lead to lead technically proficient teams, design custom solutions, and mentor mid-level and junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading teams and have experience in designing electrical systems for various projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8 years of related design experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 12+ years of engineering experience in commercial building design and construction industry
• Current Professional Engineers license in the state of Texas or ability to gain reciprocity
• 5+ years of experience as primary engineering interface with multiple clients
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Experience with design and construction of commercial, industrial, and utility scale power distribution systems
• Ability to obtain security clearance
