We are a leader in the development of infrastructure in Canada and we are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Quebec City. The Contract Administrator will administer and manage project contracts throughout their full lifecycle, ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements, and collaborate closely with construction, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
Requirements
- University degree in law, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in contract administration on major infrastructure projects
- Significant experience in heavy civil construction projects (transit, civil, public infrastructure)
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and delivery models (EPC, EPCM, design-build, etc.)
- Excellent contractual analysis and risk management skills
- Ability to thrive in a complex, multidisciplinary, high-visibility environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
