Administrator, Project

Aecon is seeking a Project Administrator to support the daily activities of the job site. The successful candidate will have experience as a project administrator in the construction industry and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

• Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
• Tracks, records, and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance, and vehicle allowance.
• Assists with the creation and submission of project billing.
• Coordinates and prepares job packages, including locates & permits, materials.
• Maintains an organized filing system on site.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
