Aecon is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to support utility construction projects across complex delivery models. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can manage external counsel, support claims and disputes, and deliver solutions-focused contract advice that keeps projects moving.

Requirements

• Member in good standing with the Law Society in the jurisdiction of practice.
• 3-7 years of post-call legal experience.
• Experience with some or all of contract law, construction law, labour and employment law, litigation management, EPC, or renewable energy project procurement in various construction sectors preferred.
