Electrical General Foreman

Aecon Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to lead and coordinate day-to-day electrical field operations on the Samsung Semiconductor project in Taylor, Texas. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate multiple electrical foremen and crews, ensuring safety, productivity, quality, and schedule compliance across multiple crews.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience
• Prior experience as a General Foreman or Lead Foreman on large commercial or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems including: Conduit and cable tray systems, Power distribution and equipment installation, Grounding and bonding
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)
• Valid Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation (TDLR) number
