Aecon Utilities is seeking experienced Forepersons to lead field activities in utility construction across Texas. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including crew leadership.
• Previous experience in utility work (telecom, electrical, pipeline, or civil) strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with reading drawings, permits, and job specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
