Base Foreman

We are hiring a Base Foreman to support our Base Crew in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Construction Season. The Base Foreman is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed according to plans and schedules, and managing crews.

Requirements

• Experience in base gravel installation
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends and/or night shift
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Willing to work overtime, as required
• Comply with the company’s drug & alcohol program, including testing requirements
