Job Description
We are hiring Asphalt Paving Labourers to support our Paving division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Construction Season. As a Canadian leader in infrastructure development, Aecon is safely and sustainably building what matters for future generations to thrive!
Requirements
- Must have good manual skills and strength required to perform all laborer type duties.
- Must possess ability to work both supervised and unsupervised and have strong communication skills.
- Continually required to reach, pull, carry, grab, pull, and lift.
- Must possess both good strength and good endurance as work performed in all types of weather conditions.
- Must Maintain a valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Ability to work weekends and/or night shift.
- Willing to work overtime, as required.
- Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
