Job Description
We are seeking a Paving Foreperson to support our Paving Division in Calgary, Alberta for the 2026 Season. The successful candidate will have 3+ years' experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman and be able to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as an Asphalt Paving Foreman
- Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, in a courteous, professional manner at all times
- Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better
- Willing to work overtime, nightshift and weekends, as required
- Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement
