Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (highly preferred) or a related field
• Proven experience in cost control on major infrastructure projects
• Mandatory experience working directly within construction companies
• Advanced mastery of cost management software and Earned Value Management principles
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and multidisciplinary financial data
• Influential leadership and ability to communicate with project managers
