Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven experience leading major large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-billion dollar)
• Strong expertise in civil engineering, specifically in complex structures or underpass construction
• Mandatory experience working within a general contractor in civil construction
• Proven leadership in mobilizing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate high-visibility technical and contractual contexts
