Job Description
Aecon Group Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join their team in Charlotte, NC, and Mt. Laurel, NJ. Aecon focuses on building sustainable infrastructure for the future, including nuclear power plants, conventional generation, renewable energy, and power delivery. They prioritize safety, integrity, and inclusivity in their work environment.
Requirements
- Completed 3 years of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from a 4-year ABET accredited college or university.
- Completed coursework in structural analysis and/or construction engineering.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with graphical design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD
- Strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment
