Office Administrator

Aecon is a Canadian leader in infrastructure development, seeking an Office Administrator to provide front line administrative and office management support for a government regulated infrastructure project. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and organizational skills while supporting day to day project operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in environments with heightened confidentiality and stringent information handling requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous experience providing office administration support within a government or public-sector environment is considered an asset
