Job Description
As a Senior Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding multidisciplinary design coordination activities across civil and structural works, ensuring alignment between design, construction, and client requirements. This is a newly created position.
Requirements
- University or College Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in design coordination within large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction or project delivery environment.
- Proven expertise in civil and structural works; experience in transportation sectors (rail & transit, aviation, ports) is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary coordination processes and constructability reviews.
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, large-scale project environment.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or eligibility for licensure is an asset.
