Job Description
Aecon is seeking a Weld Trainer (Unionized) to support the development, delivery, evaluation, and management of training programs for the Darlington New Nuclear Project. The successful candidate will have a minimum high school diploma, sound understanding of conventional welding processes, and 4-5 years of experience in a similar position. The Weld Trainer will administer training lesson plans, deliver direct weld training, and maintain administrative standards associated with training.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Sound understanding of conventional welding processes (GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW, SMAW, STUD)
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Valid certificate of qualification for a Journeyman level in a relevant trade
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
