Box Office Ticket Agent - Theatre at Resorts World (Part-Time)

We are looking for a Box Office Ticket Agent to join our team at Resorts World in Las Vegas. As a Box Office Ticket Agent, you will be responsible for communicating information to guests, processing ticket orders, and collecting payments. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, upsell opportunities, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
