Job Description
AEG is seeking a Guest Services Event Staff to provide excellent customer service at events. This role involves checking IDs, scanning tickets, assisting guests, and addressing issues. It is an hourly position requiring a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and managing a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Check IDs of individuals attending the event.
- Organize and distribute 21+ and VIP wristbands.
- Communicate professionally with other building staff and guests.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Comply with facility/event ADA requirements.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
