Job Description
AEG is seeking a Site Operations Staff member to assist with site build, maintenance, and issue resolution at the Jacobs Pavilion. The role involves assisting with site setup, ensuring grounds safety and cleanliness, monitoring fuel levels, and coordinating with various departments. It requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or its equivalency
- Experience working in festivals or event production
- Heavy equipment and OSHA certifications preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, pull and move moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
