CNC/Plasma Operator

We are seeking a CNC Plasma Operator to support fabrication of steel components used in custom equipment builds. This role is responsible for operating a CNC plasma cutting machine, ensuring part accuracy, and supporting overall shop productivity.

Requirements

• Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to produce parts from steel plate and sheet
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, cut files, and work orders
• Monitor cutting operations and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality
• Perform routine maintenance (cleaning torch, replacing consumables, etc.)
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine or cutting issues
