Maintenance Shift Technician (Rotating Shifts)

We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Shift Technician to serve as the primary 'First Responder' for our 24/7 manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex breakdowns to ensure maximum uptime for our extrusion and vacuum-forming production lines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Plastics, Extrusion, or Automotive preferred)
• High School Diploma required; Technical Certificate or Associate degree is a plus
• Proven ability to troubleshoot 480V, 24VDC, and PLC logic
• Strong aptitude for pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule, including a rotation between day and night shifts every two weeks
