Job Description
The Quality Inspector ensures that products meet established quality standards by conducting inspections, tests, and measurements at various stages of production.
Requirements
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM, or other precision tools.
- Document and report inspection results, noting any deviations, defects, or nonconformities.
- Work with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test data, and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other applicable quality standards.
- Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow all safety, health, and environmental procedures.
