Job Description
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites or within our facility.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on equipment
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and complete work orders accurately
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Document work performed, parts used, and time on-site
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and organized
- Occasionally assist with installations or system upgrades
