Job Description
We're seeking AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs) to support our growing pipeline of infrastructure and structural projects. As a Certified Welding Inspector, you'll perform inspections in a fabrication shop in Schenectady, NY and contribute to the ongoing development of welding quality assurance processes at AEIS.
Requirements
- AWS CWI Certification (Active)
- 1–10 years of hands-on structural welding inspection experience
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Basic math and technical documentation skills
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction plans
- Willingness to travel to fabrication shop in Schenectady
