Certified Welding Inspector

AEIS is a premier inspection services and materials testing company in the NY Metro area. We are hiring Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) to conduct visual and destructive testing of welds to ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include quality assurance, inspection and testing, documentation and reporting, collaboration and improvement, and certification and compliance.

Requirements

• AWS CWI Certification
• 1-10 years of experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read maps, follow directions, and interpret engineering and construction plans
