• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest
• Be passionate about AE & Aerie product
• Share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program
• Hang and flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Be an innovative problem solver and resolve guest concerns
• Be a team player and assist the team in getting the job done
