Job Description
The Merchandise Leader is the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store is always in line with AEO Brand Visual Standards. They execute effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, and ensure the store is always 'guest ready' through effective replenishment.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape through merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
- Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom
- Adhere to AEO policies and procedures
