Job Description
The Merchandise Leader is responsible for ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards by executing effective Floorsets, marketing, and merchandising updates, and maintaining a 'guest ready' store through effective replenishment. They must have a keen attention to detail, be passionate about visual standards, and love working with their team.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape by owning day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment
