As the Merchandise Leader, you will ensure the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards by executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining a guest-ready store. You will drive killer Floorset execution, innovate in merchandising, and prioritize the guest experience.
