Job Description
The Merchandise Leader is responsible for ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards, executing effective Floorsets, and driving a great guest experience. The role requires strong merchandising skills, attention to detail, and a teamwork mentality.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained on the Salesfloor and in the Stockroom
