AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)

As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day, providing an amazing shopping experience to every guest, and representing our company values and brand loyalty. You'll engage with guests, educate them on product details, and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.

Requirements

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for
• Be passionate about AE & Aerie product and make product suggestions to fit guests' needs
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy
• Work with multiple teams to achieve sales and customer service goals
