Requirements
- Be a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest
- Be passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details
- Share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Be an innovative problem solver and proactively resolve guest concerns
- Be a team player and assist your team in getting the job done
